Soft chocolate cookies - Mjuka chokladkakor

Mjuka chokladkakor

These cookies are really easy to bake. You blend chopped chocolate into the batter which makes them extra delicious.

48 cookies

Good 7 oz butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsps vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
dash salt
scant ¼ cup milk
4 to 5 oz baking chocolate

Stir fat and brown sugar until fluffy. Blend in the eggs, one by one. Mix flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt and add it to the batter, alternating with milk. Chop the chocolate and blend it in. Put the dough in the fridge to rest for 1 to 2 hours.

Drop out the batter in tablespoon-sized dabs, about 1 inch in between, on greased baking plates (or use baking paper). Bake in the middle of the oven at 175C/gasmark 4 for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool on a rack.
