Spicy spaghetti - Kryddspaghetti


Spaghetti with a creamy cheese sauce is a rich, delicious dish. You can serve grilled chicken, sausages, hamburgers or cold cuts with this.

4 to 5 servings

4 servings spaghetti
water, salt
2 tbsps butter or margarine
2 tbsps flour
1 ¾ cups milk
½ red sweet pepper
½ green sweet pepper
good 1/3 cup black olives
½ to 1 tbsp chopped chili pepper
2 cups grated cheese
½ vegetable bouillon cube
½ tsp salt
dash white pepper
dash ground caraway
dash chili powder
a drop of tabasco

Boil the pasta in lightly salted water according to package instructions. Drain well.

Melt the fat in a saucepan, sprinkle with flour and beat in the milk. Boil until it thickens. Chop the sweet peppers and slice the olives. Blend in peppers, olives, 1 ¾ cups cheese, bouillon cube, salt and spices. Boil for a minute or so.

Alternate spaghetti and cheese sauce in a greased, oven-proof dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175C/gasmark 4 for about 20 minutes.
