Läckra potatispaket

Baked potatoes with sliced onion and mushrooms is a meal in itself. Serve them with a fresh, tossed salad.

4 servings

4 large potatoes
1 onion
2 tbsps butter or margarine
1 tsp herbal salt
black pepper
2½ oz fresh mushrooms

For serving:
4 slices fried bacon cut in pieces
Parmesan cheese
soured cream

Scrub the potatoes well. Slice it but not all the way through. Peel, split and slice the onion and stick the slices in between the potato slices. Spread with the fat and sprinkle with herbal salt and some black pepper. Slice the mushrooms and put them on top of the potatoes.

Place each potato onto a sheet of aluminum foil, wrap it up and shape to small packs. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200C/gasmark 6 for 50 to 60 minutes.

Open the packs and sprinkle with crispy fried bacon and Parmesan. Serve with soured cream.
