Minute steak sandwich - Kvällsmacka med lövbiff

Kvällsmacka med lövbiff

Fill a bread roll with juicy shredded beef and an avocado mayonnaise – a rich and filling sandwich for lunch or supper!

4 sandwiches

4 bread rolls
1 tbsp butter or margarine
4 minute steaks
salt, pepper
4 lettuce leaves
½ to 1 sliced onion
2 sliced tomatoes
4 slices cheese of your choice

Avocado mayonnaise:
1 to 2 ripe avocados
4 tbsps mayonnaise
2 to 3 tbsps mustard
1 to 2 crushed garlic cloves
¼ to ½ tsp salt
dash black pepper

Melt the fat in a frying pan and fry the leafy-thin steaks for a minute or so on each side. Flavour with salt and pepper. Shred the meat.

Peel and mash the avocados in a bowl. Blend in the mayonnaise, mustard and garlic and flavour to taste with salt and pepper.

Split the bread rolls and spread a thin layer of avocado mayonnaise on them. Put a lettuce leaf on each of the “bottom halves” and then put on the shredded beef. Put on onions, tomatoes and cheese, top with remaining mayonnaise and put on the “upper halves” of the bread.
